A: The products that you should use for hair extensions would be moisturizing  products for either; Straight, Body Wave, or Deep Curly. For the Deep Curly bundles and closures you can use a leave-in-conditioner as well as a styling foam. For the Straight and Body Wave bundles and closures you can use a hair serum.

A: We do not provide refunds. Exchanges are done only if the hair hasn’t been taken out of it’s original packaging.

A: Luxury Hair Growth Oil is completely organic and perfect for natural and relaxed hair and it’s also suitable for those who are vegan.

A: We do not recommend using the Luxury Hair Growth Oil on the extensions. It will make the hair very heavy and not suitable for styling.

A: All three textures are able to be straighten or curled. Please use a heat protection spray or serum when doing so. A small amount goes a long way.

A: When using a hot tool on either texture please keep the temperature below 410°.
